“Family, become what you are,” exhorted John Paul II to the Christian family in Familiaris Consortio. He challenged the Christian family to remember its profound dignity, and to live its highest calling as “an intimate community of life and love.” This parish mission is designed to bring all families, healthy or hurting, to a greater understanding of their role as the domestic church, and to provide the necessary encouragement to live fully as the domestic church. This three-part mission is designed to encourage the Christian family to:
